All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances once an order has shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable, non-refundable research-grade product.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
This policy is not a matter of preference — it is a scientific and safety necessity. Once a peptide vial leaves our facility, it is exposed to environmental conditions entirely outside our control: temperature fluctuations, light exposure, humidity, physical handling, and potential contaminants. Any of these can compromise the sterility, stability, and purity of the product. We have no way to verify or guarantee the integrity of a vial after it has left our custody, and we will not resell or redistribute a returned product. Accepting returns would create an unacceptable contamination and cross-contamination risk for other customers and for the integrity of our supply chain. For these reasons, no returned product can ever be accepted, regardless of whether the vial appears unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged or incorrect orders are the sole exception, and are handled as a replacement at our discretion — not as a refund. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue (including the product, any damage, and the shipping packaging). We will review each report on a case-by-case basis and, where warranted, may issue a replacement at our sole discretion. Reports submitted after the 48-hour window cannot be guaranteed.
